ServiceFantastic provides no guarantee on the service that the service providers offer, however we do assist the customers with a dispute or an issue. The service rendered by the service providers are a full liability of the service provider. Service providers warranty/guarantee may or will be included in the contract that’s signed at the time of or prior to the service. At the time of the enrollment, ServiceFantastic evaluates and checks each one of our service provider’s background info and other related company info, on limited basis. Service provider’s company/employees and their actions may not be predictable or guaranteed; therefore, any services rendered by our service providers, is a sole liability of the service providers and their company affiliates, if any. ServiceFantastic does not guarantee the skills or representation of the service providers at any time. ServiceFantastic does not recommend the services of any service providers. ServiceFantastic performs system checks and updates regularly, and in most events resets its systems to ensure the quality and security of the server and website.
ServiceFantastic holds the right to terminate any connection with any customer in the event of: use of foul and/or offensive language, threats, sexual language or anything that may arise a safety concern of ServiceFantastic, its affiliates, employees and partners.
Anyone suspected of abusing or attempting to harm our server will be terminated and/or legally prosecuted. Anyone suspecded of making any attempts to hack, interrupt, interfere, invade, or abuse our system or server, will be terminated and/or prosecuted legally. After the service has been scheduled, the customer then may contact ServiceFantastic at any time and acquire an approximate time of their service provider’s arrival. ServiceFantastic holds no liability for any concerns, problems, or any consequences caused or resulted from the use of our scheduling and tracking services.

ServiceFantastic requires at the time of enrollment, a state-level or provincial-level trade licensing/certificate to provide service to our customers. Some states will or may require other trade license, business licenses, certificate or qualification to perform service in your area. We encourage you to verify the license/certificate requirements with the state, business & licensing authorities prior to engaging in any agreement with any service providers.

| ServiceFantastic verifies general liability insurance coverage for most of the service providers at the time of the enrollment. Our verification process consists of confirmation of insurance with service provider’s insurance agent. Some particular service providers may have limited or no insurance coverage due to the category of the trade. We make efforts to periodically verify the service provider’s general liability insurance. | Our service providers have different types of entities. We verify, at the time of the enrollment, whether the business entity is valid and up to date. Some entities have different process of verifications, which is conducted by their headquarters or corporate offices, such as franchise, large volume corporation and other types of entities. ServiceFantastic strives to maintain a network of eminent and honestly conductive service providers; therefore we make efforts to verify detail information relating to the service providers at the time of the enrollment. It is although suggested to verify any information possible, from other sources, prior to engaging into a service contract with any service providers, either in the event of a doubt or curiosity.
We do not verify any sub-contractors or additional contractors either hired by our service providers or the customer.
We attempt to verify most of the information relating to our service providers, at the time of the enrollment; however the validity of insurance coverage and entity status is not guaranteed due to the nature of fraud, forgery, fabrications, conspiracy and other types of illegal or legal aspects. In another words, we cannot prevent matters that are out of our control or out of our working boundaries. Moreover, with time some insurance/entity policies and regulations change.
