We work closely to satisfy each party and to resolve the matter at its fastest pace.
We ask both parties during the dispute to submit any information requested by us, and we will consider the decision and will make the best efforts to communicate with both parties to reach a common ground. |

| ServiceFantastic is not an arbitrator or a legal/court affiliates, therefore our decision may and may not be accepted by the parties. We do however take certain actions and measures during these complicated situations. ServiceFantastic makes sure its customers are well taken care of. |
